Wine is the expression of each unique season in a particular place. Each vintage is a creation ~ Zephaniah wine is a reflection of our work with the vines in this time and place. 

Our place is our family farm in Loudoun.  The Hatch family has farmed in Loudoun for three generations.  From these years on the farm, we have grown to understand the land.  We work to honor the land we love and preserve its productivity and integrity.
